Ingredients
- slices bacon: 4 piece
- broccoli florets: 4 cups
- red onion: 0.25 piece (chopped)
- raisins: 0.25 cup
- cremini mushrooms: 1 cup (chopped)
- sunflower seed kernels: 0.25 cup
- mayonnaise: 1 cup
- white sugar: 0.25 cup
- apple cider vinegar: 3 Tbsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate; crumble bacon.
