This orange sherbet salad is a great Easter or summer salad. It has a very light taste with the sweetness of mandarin oranges and orange sherbet!

Ingredients

  • orange flavored gelatin (such as JELL-O®): 2 packages (3 ounce packages)
  • boiling water: 2 cups
  • pint orange sherbet: 1 piece
  • mandarin oranges: 1 can (10 ounce can, drained)

  1. Whisk gelatin into boiling water until dissolved; allow to cool for 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in orange sherbet until completely melted. Once gelatin begins to thicken, stir in mandarin oranges. Pour into a gelatin mold; refrigerate until set, about 6 hours.
