Ingredients
- chickpea: 150 g (sprouts)
- cucumber: 2 piece
- cherry tomatoes: 10 piece
- avocado: 1 piece
- garlic: 1 clove
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- nori sheet: 2 piece

Nori sheets break into small pieces and grind.

Peel and chop the garlic. Avocado cut in half, pulp with a spoon and immediately into a blender. Put garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce (two or three tablespoons).

Grind until smooth. Pour olive oil. Mix. If it turned out too thick - straightened with a small amount of warm water.

Peel cucumbers and cut into cubes. Cut cherry in four pieces, very small in half.

Combine all ingredients and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle nori on top.
