Stages of cooking
-
Peel a pear or banana (depending on what you have), remove the seeds (if any), cut into small pieces and freeze in the fridge for around 2 hours. By the way, the preparation time mentioned in the recipe does not include the time for freezing. Keep that in mind. While your pear or banana is freezing, cook the pancakes.
-
Whisk eggs, yeast powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add milk, flour and whisk once again until the batter becomes smooth. Add oil and whisk one more time. Let the batter stay on your table for 5 minutes.
-
Heat the frying pan, but don’t add oil! Spoon the batter and fry the pancakes on both sides until they become “golden”.
-
Cook Vegan ice cream. Take a pear or banana from the fridge and make puree.
-
Add peanut butter and whisk once again until your ice cream becomes smooth. If you wish, you may add a few drops of lemon juice and honey, although, this depends upon your preferences. Store ice cream in a freezer.
-
Serve hot pancakes with Vegan ice cream from the fridge. Bon appetit!
