If all pasta sauces have long been tried, and you want some novelty in a traditional dish, we suggest you pay attention to our today's healthy cauliflower recipe: pasta with baked cauliflower. It is very simple to prepare, but very tasty and aromatic, thanks to the sauce, a dish


  • pasta : 350 g
  • cauliflower : 500 g
  • olive oil : 100 ml
  • parsley : 50 g
  • green onion : 30 g
  • mint : 4 sprigs
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • black pepper : 2 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Take a small cauliflower head out into florets and put it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices or herbs (dry or fresh). Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Prepare the sauce: remove the coarse stems from the parsley, cut off the tip of the white part of the green onion, remove mint leaves from the twigs. Chop greens and put in a bowl blender.

  3. Pour olive oil to the sauce and whisk in a homogeneous paste. Salt and pepper to taste and add lemon juice. Once again, whisk everything.

  4. Boil water in a large saucepan, salt and cook the pasta to the state of al dente.

  5. Add baked cauliflower and sauce, mix. Enjoy your meal!
