This quick and easy peanut butter oatmeal, flavored with cinnamon and vanilla and topped with honey and walnuts, can be customized to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1% milk: 1 cup
  • superfine sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • pinch cinnamon: 1 piece
  • oats: 0.5 cup
  • vanilla extract: 0.5 tsp
  • peanut butter: 1 Tbsp (freshly ground)
  • warmed honey: 2 tsp
  • walnuts: 1 Tbsp (chopped, optional)

  1. Combine milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer.
