This potato candy is super easy to make with mashed potatoes, powdered sugar, and peanut butter for a sweet old-fashioned treat!
Ingredients
- potatoes: 0.25 cup (mashed)
- milk: 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- pinch salt: 1 piece
- to 7 cups confectioners sugar as needed: 6 piece (plus more for dusting)
- peanut butter: 0.33333 cup (or as needed)

Combine mashed potatoes, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.

Stir confectioners' sugar into potato mixture until a dough consistency is reached. Refrigerate dough until chilled, about 1 hour.
