This traditional pumpkin pie with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves uses vanilla almondmilk for extra creaminess and flavor.

Ingredients

  • eggs: 3 piece
  • egg yolk: 1 piece
  • sugar: 1 cup
  • ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
  • ground ginger: 0.25 tsp
  • ground cloves: 0.25 tsp
  • Original or Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk: 2 cups
  • pumpkin puree: 2 cups
  • unbaked pie shell: 1 piece (9 inch)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, egg yolk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger and ground cloves.

  3. Gradually stir in Original or Vanilla Almond Breeze, then stir in pumpkin puree.

  4. Pour filling into premade pie shell.
