These simple veggie chips make a great snack for after school or work. They taste delicious with just a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and you can have them on the table in only 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- bunches radishes: 3 piece (thinly sliced)
- extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- Salt: 0 g
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0 g

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the radishes in the olive oil until they are very lightly coated. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheets without overlapping.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the radishes are crispy and wrinkled. Check on them frequently, starting at 10 minutes, to make sure they don’t burn.

Let the radishes cool for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.
