- banana : 3 piece (small)
- egg : 1 piece
- butter : 100 g (softened)
- sugar : 100 g
- flour : 1.5 cup (sifted)
- baking powder : 2 tsp
- salt : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Mix softened butter with the sugar and egg.
Mash bananas in a separate plate.
Add mashed bananas to the whipped butter mixture , stir.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and mix the dough. Grease the bread pan with butter , sprinkle with flour.
Spread the dough evenly, gently flatten with a spoon . Put in the oven and bake at 180C degrees for 1 hour. Check the doneness with the toothpick inserted into the center of thebread, it should come out clean.
Leave the bread in the pan for a while for getting cool then take out and cut. Bon Appetit!
