A delicious and easy recipe featuring caramelized roasted fennel and tomatoes served over pasta.

Ingredients

  • cherry tomatoes: 2 pound (halved)
  • fennel bulb: 1 piece (thinly sliced)
  • sweet onion: 0.5 piece (thinly sliced)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 3 Tbsp
  • dried basil: 0.5 tsp
  • dried oregano: 0.25 tsp
  • Salt: 0 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 0 g
  • cooked pasta: 6 cups (for serving)

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
