Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes: 2 pound (halved)
- fennel bulb: 1 piece (thinly sliced)
- sweet onion: 0.5 piece (thinly sliced)
- extra-virgin olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- dried basil: 0.5 tsp
- dried oregano: 0.25 tsp
- Salt: 0 g
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0 g
- cooked pasta: 6 cups (for serving)

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place the tomatoes, fennel, and onion on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Using your hands or a rubber spatula, toss the mixture until evenly coated.
