Salmon in the red currant marinade is baked in the oven. This makes the dish not only extremely delicious, but healthy and nutritious as well. Try cooking it right now and make sure yourself!
Ingredients
- salmon: 250 g (fresh or frozen)
- red currant: 100 g
- red onion: 0.5 piece
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- basil: 10 piece (leaves)
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- lettuce: 3 piece
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp

Wash red currant, basil and dry the products. Slice the onion into thin semi-circles.

Leave several branches of red currant aside for the decoration of the dish. Mash the rest of the berries in a bowl. Add basil and onion.

Add the pieces of salmon, salt, pepper, olive oil and say sauce. If the salmon is frozen, defreeze it a bit first.

Mix the ingredients well, cover the bowl with the lid (or food wrap) and place into the fridge for about one hour.

Remove the fish from the marinade and put into a fireproof baking form. Bake in the pre-heated to 200 C (392 F) oven for 20-25 minutes.
