This saltine cracker toffee is made by topping a layer of crackers with homemade toffee, melted chocolate, and chopped nuts for a wonderfully delicious treat. We love to pack pieces of toffee into pretty tins and give them as gifts during the holidays.

- ounces saltine crackers: 4 piece
- butter: 1 cup
- dark brown sugar: 1 cup
- semisweet chocolate chips: 2 cups
- pecans: 0.75 cup (chopped)
