Stuffed with pork sausage, shredded and ricotta cheeses, onions and sun-dried tomatoes, these tasty mushroom caps are a sure crowd pleaser.

- Jimmy Dean® Original Hearty Pork Sausage Crumbles: 1 pack (9.6 ounce pack)
- Italian cheese blend: 2 cups (divided, shredded)
- ricotta cheese: 0.5 cup
- green onions: 2 piece (sliced)
- sun-dried tomatoes: 3 Tbsp (rehydrated, finely chopped)
- medium portobello mushroom caps: 12 piece
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar: 3 Tbsp (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sausage, 1 cup shredded cheese, ricotta cheese, onions and tomatoes in large bowl.

Brush tops of mushroom caps with oil; place, top-sides down, in shallow baking pan.

Top with sausage mixture. Drizzle with vinegar, if desired. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
