Vegan recipe for seitan strip fajitas! Serve with taco sauce, Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream, and guacamole.
                    Ingredients
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into strips)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into strips)
- yellow bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into strips)
- red onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- seitan: 1 pound (cut into strips)
- reduced-sodium soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- chili powder: 1 tsp
- paprika: 1 tsp
- ground cumin: 1 tsp
- whole grain tortillas: 10 piece

- 
                                        Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir bell peppers and onion in hot oil until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add seitan, soy sauce, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin; cook and stir until seitan is heated through, 7 to 10 minutes.
