Tender and juicy main dish – Chicken Fillet with Zucchini and Sweet Pepper. It is incredibly simple to prepare, moreover, it looks beautiful and tastes impeccable.

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet: 600 g
  • sweet pepper: 1 piece
  • zucchini: 1 piece
  • onion: 1 piece
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper: 1 pinch (by your taste)
  • oregano: 1 pinch
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp

  1. Wash chicken fillet, remove the veins and fat, cut into cubes.
