- balsamic vinegar: 0.25 cup
- olive oil: 0.25 cup

- shallot: 1 piece (large, minced)
- garlic: 7 clove
- chives: 5 piece
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- red leaf lettuce: 0.5 piece
- romaine: 0.5 piece
- egg: 3 piece (hard boiled, quartered)
- avocado: 1 piece (large, diced)
- tomatillos: 1 piece (diced)
- Roma tomatoes: 3 piece (diced)
- tomatoes: 1 piece (yellow, diced)
- vinegar: 3 Tbsp
- Roquefort cheese: 7 oz.
- shrimp: 250 g (peeled)
- white wine: 0.25 cup
- lemon: 2 piece
- bacon: 4 piece (cooked and diced)

Take a bowl and whisk all the ingredients for the dressing in it. Leave in a fridge for about one hour.

Take another bowl and mix the tomatoes, tomatillo, shallots, and garlic with the vinegar and juice from one lemon in it. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and put into the fridge for one hour. If you like raw tomatoes, just add them to the salad without marinating them.

Take a frying pan and sauté the shrimps in olive oil. In the end, add lemon juice and wine.

Chop the romaine and red leaf lettuce. Layer them in a shallow salad bowl.
