Very simple and healthy salad with rocket and eggs. If you do not have much time for cooking lunch, then this recipe deffinately will suit you.
Ingredients
- rocket salad: 50 g
- egg: 3 piece
- sour cream: 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 2 tsp
- pine nuts: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch

Boil eggs (cook for 10 minutes after boiling).

Peel the eggs, cut into small pieces.

Make a dressing - mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt.

Put the rocket salad leaves on the plates, on top of the egg pieces.
