- Parmesan cheese: 3 Tbsp (grated)
- cider vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- white sugar: 1 Tbsp
- curry powder: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- cooked turkey: 2 cups (cubed)
- red seedless grapes: 1 cup (halved)
- apple: 1 piece (chopped)
- celery with leaves: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- red onion: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- walnuts: 0.5 cup (chopped)
