Ingredients
- milk: 0.5 cup
- rolled oats: 0.5 cup
- plain Greek yogurt: 0.25 cup
- brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
- flaxseed meal: 1 Tbsp
- molasses: 1 tsp
- vanilla extract: 0.25 tsp
- ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
- ground ginger: 0.25 tsp
- pinch salt: 1 piece
- pinch ground nutmeg: 1 piece
- pinch ground cloves: 1 piece
- pinch ground allspice: 1 piece
- raisins: 3 Tbsp (optional)
- walnuts: 3 Tbsp (chopped, optional)

Combine milk, oats, yogurt, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a glass container.
