  • squash : 1 kg
  • sugar : 1 kg
  • lemon : 1 piece
  • water : 0.5 cup

  1. These are the ingredients you will need for the jam.

  2. Mix water and sugar in a pot. Boil on small fire.

  3. Peel and cut the squash into cubes.

  4. Add the squash into the boiling syrup.

  5. Cut the lemon without peeling it. Add into the jam and boil on small fire for about 45 minutes.
