This no-bake gelatin cake is a showstopper! It's as delicious to eat as it is pretty to look at. Cubes of colorful Jell-O are placed into a cake pan and set with white gelatin to create this stained glass cake.
Ingredients
- sweetened gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®), 5 different colors: 5 packages (3 ounce packages)
- ½ cups boiling water: 3 piece (divided)
- ½ cups cold water: 3 piece (divided)
- cooking spray:
- unflavored gelatin powder: 1 pack (1 ounce pack)
- sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14.1 ounce can)
- ¼ cups heavy whipping cream: 1 piece
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Pour each gelatin mix into a separate bowl. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water into one bowl and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes; stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Repeat to dissolve remaining gelatin colors. Refrigerate all bowls until completely set, 4 hours to overnight.

Spray a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.

Remove gelatin from the refrigerator and slice each color into cubes. Transfer cubes to a bowl and gently toss together to mix colors randomly. Tip into the prepared pan.

Pour remaining 1 cup cold water into a bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin over top; let sit until dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour condensed milk into a blender. Add cream, unflavored gelatin mixture, and vanilla; blend until well combined. Pour over gelatin cubes in the cake pan. Use a spatula to evenly distribute milk mixture.

Refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.

Run a knife along the sides of the cake pan and carefully invert cake onto a plate.
