Ingredients
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- white sugar: 0.5 cup
- unflavored gelatin: 1 envelope (.25 ounce envelope)
- boiling water: 0.33333 cup
- milk: 1 cup
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- ½ cups frozen whipped topping: 1 piece (thawed)

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well blended.

In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly, then stir into cream cheese mixture along with milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into a mold if desired, and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
