Ingredients
- slices bacon: 5 piece
- head broccoli: 1 piece (cut into bite-size pieces)
- sharp Cheddar cheese: 0.5 cup (grated)
- green onions: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- sunflower seeds: 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®): 0.25 cup

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Crumble once cool enough to handle.
