This salmon glaze recipe makes the most delicious salmon. It's easy to prepare and very refreshing. Everyone that eats this dish loves it. I made this recipe, and it is easily my favorite.
Ingredients
- olive oil: 0.75 tsp (divided)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
- packed brown sugar: 0.33333 cup
- soy sauce: 0.25 cup
- lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
- honey: 1 tsp
- sea salt: 0.25 tsp (for garnish)
- ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp (for garnish)
- red pepper flakes: 0.25 tsp
- fillets salmon: 4 piece (6 ounce)
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp

Heat 1/4 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic in hot oil until just beginning to brown.

Mix together sautéed garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl; pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange salmon fillets in the hot skillet; pour reserved marinade over salmon. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
