This simple salmon loaf recipe comes together quickly with just salmon, cracker crumbs, milk, egg, and butter, baked into a delicious loaf.

Ingredients

  • salmon, undrained: 1 can (14.75 ounce can)
  • saltine crackers: 0.5 cup (crushed)
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece (beaten)
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
