This slaw recipe is a terrific combination of cabbage, carrot, and jicama mixed with a deliciously different creamy Asian-inspired dressing!
Ingredients
- head green cabbage: 1 piece (shredded)
- carrot: 1 piece (grated)
- jicama: 1 cup (grated)
- black sesame seeds: 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise: 1 cup
- rice vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- sesame oil: 1 Tbsp
- honey: 3 Tbsp
