  • fresh cilantro leaves: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • red onion: 0.25 cup (thinly sliced)
  • medium jalapeño pepper: 1 piece (diced)
  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice: 1 piece
  • ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar: 1 piece
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • pinch white sugar: 1 piece

  1. Place cabbage in a large bowl with cilantro, onion, and jalapeño; toss to combine.
