Very simple and tasty dessert, all your family will be delighted. This is a good dish for lunch or dinner.
- butter : 70 g
- sugar : 1 Tbsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- cream : 200 g (or yogurt)
- sour cream : 100 g
- egg : 3 piece
- apple : 1 piece (or per taste)
- sweet potato : 500 g
Stages of cooking
Rinse, peel and slice sweet potato and apple.
Spread butter all over the baking form and place apple and sweet potato slices just like in the picture.
Mix sour cream, yogurt or cream, sugar, salt and eggs. Pour everything with this sauce.
Cut butter and spread above all ingredients. Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees oven for about 45-50 minutes.
Try on whether it is cooked and then take out the oven.
