This taco dip recipe is simple and scrumptious. It's delicious even when I use low-fat Cheddar and low-fat sour cream! Serve with baked tortilla chips for dipping.
Ingredients
- nonfat sour cream: 1 container (16 ounce container)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- taco seasoning mix: 1 pack (1.25 ounce pack)
- head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and: 0.25 piece (shredded)
- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- medium chopped tomatoes: 3 piece
- medium green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- black olives: 1 can (2.25 ounce can, drained)

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning together in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread mixture in a 9- or 10-inch round serving dish.
