Light spicy salad will appeal to lovers of Thai cuisine. Fresh delicious chicken salad with juicy grapefruit and greenery.

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts: 250 g
  • grapefruit: 1 piece
  • salad lattuce: 100 g
  • chili pepper: 1 piece
  • mint: 3 sprigs
  • lime: 0.5 piece
  • asian sesame oil: 2 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Boil chicken or bake, cool.

  2. Cut the fillet into thin slices. Peel grapefruit from films. Cut chili pepper into thin circles. Rinse the mint, tear off the leaves.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for dressing: sesame and olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice.
