This chocolate glaze for cake is rich, decadent, and oh so easy! I use this glaze on brownies, Bundt cakes, ice cream, or whatever needs a little chocolate.
Ingredients
- cocoa powder: 6 Tbsp
- butter: 5 Tbsp
- confectioners' sugar: 1 cup
- vanilla extract: 0.75 tsp
- hot water: 2 Tbsp (divided)

Melt cocoa and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Stir in hot water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is thick and smooth.
