- white corn: 2 cans (15 ounce cans, drained)
- green Chilis, undrained: 1 can (4 ounce can, chopped)
- red bell pepper - cored, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
- green bell pepper - cored, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped)
- red onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- jalapeno Chili pepper, seeded and: 1 piece (chopped, optional)
- bunch cilantro leaves: 1 piece (chopped)
- rice vinegar: 0.5 cup
- olive oil: 0.5 cup
- white sugar: 0.33333 cup
- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
