This salsa is quick and easy to make. It's colorful and most important, it's delicious! Whenever I take it to a party, I bring the recipe along because I'm always asked for it. Serve with tortilla chips; colored ones are fun!
Ingredients
- whole kernel corn: 1 can (11 ounce can, drained)
- black olives: 1 can (4 ounce can, drained, sliced)
- ½ cups diced roma tomatoes: 1 piece
- red onion: 0.75 cup (diced)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
- ½ teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper: 1 piece
- avocados: 1 piece (diced)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- salt: 1 tsp
