This is a simple and nice Stuffed Pepper recipe, where all the ingredients are harmoniously combined. If it is new to you, try to do everything according the steps, further you\'ll add something new to make your own way of cooking this dish.

Ingredients

  • water: 100 ml
  • sour cream: 150 g
  • carrots: 200 g
  • Boiled rice: 200 g
  • bulb onion: 2 piece
  • beef: 400 g
  • salt: 2 pinch
  • black pepper: 2 pinch (up to you)
  • vegetable oil: 30 ml
  • tomato paste: 150 g
  • sweet pepper: 10 piece
  • dill: 1 Tbsp (chopped)

  1. Wash, peel and chop bulb onion. Half of it place on a pre-heated pan and fry.

  2. Now wash and peel carrot, grate it, again throw one half of it on the pan and fry together with onion.

  3. Run the beef through a food processor, mix with rice in a bowl. Add fried onion and carrot, stir everything properly, add salt and pepper up to your taste.

  4. Wash sweet peppers, remove the middle part and stuff with the beef-rice mixture very carefully.

  5. In a bowl mix tomato paste with sour cream, water, then add the rest of fried onion and carrot, stir everything well.

  6. Place the stuffed peppers into the pot and pour the tomato mixture in. Cover with a lid and steam during 40 minutes on a medium flame.

  7. Serve with sour cream or sauce and garnish with chopped dill. Enjoy!
