Simple and delicious tuna and avocado tostadas.
Ingredients
- tuna: 1 can (8 ounce can)
- mayonnaise: 5 Tbsp
- salsa: 4 Tbsp
- vegetable oil: 6 Tbsp
- corn tortillas: 4 piece (6 inch)
- tomato: 1 piece (diced)
- fresh spinach: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- onion: 0.5 cup (diced)
- cheddar cheese: 4 Tbsp (shredded)
- avocado: 1 piece (sliced)

Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and salsa together in a bowl. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add tortillas in batches and fry until golden and slightly crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
