Simple and delicious tuna and avocado tostadas.

Ingredients

  • tuna: 1 can (8 ounce can)
  • mayonnaise: 5 Tbsp
  • salsa: 4 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil: 6 Tbsp
  • corn tortillas: 4 piece (6 inch)
  • tomato: 1 piece (diced)
  • fresh spinach: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • onion: 0.5 cup (diced)
  • cheddar cheese: 4 Tbsp (shredded)
  • avocado: 1 piece (sliced)

  1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and salsa together in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add tortillas in batches and fry until golden and slightly crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Spread tuna mixture over tortillas evenly. Top with tomato, spinach, and onions. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and top with avocado slices.
