Ingredients
- bell peppers (any color): 4 piece
- 1.5 cups cooked lentils:
- medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- tomatoes: 1 cup (chopped)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- ground cumin: 1 tsp
- smoked paprika: 1 tsp
- salt and pepper: (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
