You will definitely like our recipe of quick pancakes with coconut milk. They are tender, fluffy and very fragrant. We recommend serving them with coconut chips and maple syrup!

- wheat flour: 200 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- brown sugar: 30 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- egg: 3 piece
- coconut milk: 200 ml
- oil: 1 Tbsp
- coconut: 30 g (shredded)
- maple syrup: 50 ml

Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.

Whisk eggs with coconut milk. If you use canned coconut milk, then before use you need to mix the cream and coconut water until smooth.
