This salad is a combination of usual but, actually, tasty ingredients. It is nutritional and simple. You may serve it either cold or hot. It would be tasty in both cases.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 2 pinch
- lemon: 0.5 piece
- garlic: 2 clove
- bulb onion: 1 piece
- beetroot: 3 piece (medium or small)
- champignons: 500 g (choose any other mushrooms, up to you)

Wash beet and boil it or bake in a foil, up to you.

Peel onion and slice. Heat a frying pan. Fry onion until it becomes soft. If you like onion flavour in salad, you may take more than one onion.

Wash champignons or other mushrooms you prepared. Cut them.

Mix mushrooms with onions and fry untill they are ready. Add salt.

Now peel beet and then cut into thin strips.

Prepare a salad bowl, put in mushrooms and onion, add beet.

Squash lemon juice, pour into a salad. Add grated garlic and mix everything. Now it is ready. Enjoy.
