- salt: 1 pinch
- garlic: 2 clove
- basil: 1 piece
- cream: 70 g
- vegetable oil: 5 Tbsp
- egg: 1 piece
- dill: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- salmon: 50 g (smoked)
- potato: 2 piece (choose big)

Wash potatoes, then peel and grate.

Take a bowl, mix grated potatoes with egg, salt, butter and dried dill. Stir everything properly.

Take a frying pan and heat it. Now spoon potatoe paste. As soon as it becomes golden brown turn on the other side.

Now make cream sauce. Process cream, basil and garlic.

Put potatoe fritters and decorate them with salmon slices and cream sauce. Enjoy.
