- tofu : 200 g
- broccoli : 200 g
- sweet pepper : 0.5 piece
- soy sauce : 50 ml
- olive oil : 50 ml
- ginger : 10 g
- garlic : 2 clove
- cashew : 1 handfuls
- hot pepper : 0.5 piece

Stir-fry is a technique of fast roasting food in hot oil in a deep frying pan with sloping walls with constant stirring.
Cooking stir fry is ideal in a wok, but you can also use frying pans (stewpans) with a thick bottom.
Since these dishes are cooked very quickly, all products should be prepared in advance and be served.
We take garlic, ginger root, hot chili pepper and finely chop everything.

Drain the tofu with a paper towel and cut into cubes.
In a hot frying pan, stir fry chili peppers, garlic and ginger quickly in olive oil.
Add tofu and fry, stirring, until crisp.
Put broccoli and sweet pepper, mix.
Add soy sauce. Put roasted cashews.
Stir and fry for 3-5 minutes more.
Serve both hot and cold, as a separate dish or with rice.
