We present you one of the healthy tofy recipes - a light lunch of stir fry vegetables and tofu cheese.

Ingredients

  • tofu : 200 g
  • broccoli : 200 g
  • sweet pepper : 0.5 piece
  • soy sauce : 50 ml
  • olive oil : 50 ml
  • ginger : 10 g
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • cashew : 1 handfuls
  • hot pepper : 0.5 piece
