A delicious treat made with almond butter, coconut oil, walnuts, and chocolate, sweetened with stevia for a healthier option.
Ingredients
- no-sugar-added creamy almond butter: 0.5 cup
- coconut oil: 0.5 cup (divided, plus 1 teaspoon)
- vanilla extract: 2 tsp
- liquid stevia: 6 clove
- chopped walnuts: 1 cup
- stevia-sweetened chocolate chips: 0.5 cup
- coconut oil: 1 tsp

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine almond butter and 1/2 cup coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until melted and combined. Stir in vanilla extract, stevia, and walnuts.

Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Combine chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat and stir to combine. Once melted, drizzle over almond butter mixture.

Put baking sheet in freezer and freeze 30 minutes or until hardened. Remove from freezer and break into chunks.
