Ingredients
- no-sugar-added creamy cashew butter: 1.5 cup
- granulated erythritol: 0.5 cup
- coconut flour: 0.25 cup
- coconut oil: 0.33 cup (melted)
- salt: 0.25 tsp

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and beat with a handheld mixer until fully incorporated.

Transfer mixture to an 8" × 8" pan lined with parchment paper. Press evenly into pan.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until bars set. Cut into 12 bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat, up to 2 weeks.
