This easy slaw with apples, raisins, and carrots is the perfect side for any meat or fish dish.
                    Ingredients
- yogurt (such as Icelandic Skyr®): 0.33333 cup
 - light mayonnaise: 0.33333 cup
 - 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar: 1 piece
 - poppy seeds: 1 Tbsp
 - Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
 - salt: 0.5 tsp
 - black pepper: 0.5 tsp
 - or shredded cabbage: 5 cups (chopped)
 - carrot: 0.33333 cup (julienned)
 - unpeeled diced red apple: 2 cups
 - golden raisins: 0.5 cup
 - parsley: (for garnish, fresh)
