- chunk light tuna in water: 5 cans (5 ounce cans, drained and flaked)
- sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®): 0.5 cup
- carrot: 0.5 cup (finely chopped)
- green onions: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- cilantro: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
- sesame seeds: 1 Tbsp
- ½ teaspoons ground ginger: 1 piece
- ½ teaspoons ground red Chili pepper: 1 piece
- kosher salt: 0.75 tsp
- light mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- Asian Chili paste (such as sambal oelek): 0.25 cup
- sesame oil: 2 Tbsp
- light soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
- honey: 1 Tbsp
