- celery: 0.25 cup (diced)
- scallions: 0.25 cup (diced)
- mandarin oranges: 0.5 cup (diced)
- soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
- rice vinegar: 4 Tbsp
- honey: 1 tsp
- brown sugar: 1 tsp
