These fantastic candies are cooked of chickpeas. This means that they are not only healthy, but they are also great for those people, who are on a diet or stick to the vegetarian menu. Are they tasty? They really are! Just cook them right away and make sure yourself!

  1. Soak the chickpea in water in advance (preferable, for the night). Then boil it with a pinch of salt until it is ready. Let it cool down and blend well to get puree.

  2. Now, let’s cook sesame paste. Mill sesame well and mix it with salt and butter, adding water.

  4. Take a teaspoon of the mass and form a small ball. Repeat the step until all the balls are ready. Place them into the freezer for about 30 minutes. I made 12 candies.

  5. As soon as the candies become hard, melt dark chocolate on the water bath or in a microwave oven. Dip each candy into the chocolate using toothpicks.

  6. Wait until the chocolate dries out. That’s it! It is preferable to keep the candies in the fridge. Enjoy the dessert!
