- quick cooking oats: 0.5 cup
- white sugar: 2 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
- pinch ground nutmeg: 1 piece
- pinch salt: 1 piece
- lemon zest: 0.25 tsp (optional)
