Boil eggs and chop them

Now, let’s cook the sauce. Mix sour cream, grated parmesan, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix eggs with celery and the sauce well. Cover with the kitchen film and place into the fridge for an hour to cool down a bit.
Slice the bread into pieces.
Cover one piece of bread with the egg salad and put the second piece of bread above. Then put a piece of spinach above the sandwich and decorate it with a cherry tomato. Fix with a toothpick! Bon appétit!
