This egg canape will become a nice addition to your festive table. It looks appealing and it is very simple to cook, if you follow the recipe. Having cooked it once, you will not be satisfied with the result!

Ingredients

  • egg : 4 piece
  • sour cream : 3 Tbsp
  • parmesan : 1 Tbsp (grated)
  • soy sauce : 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • sweet red pepper : 1 pinch (milled)
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • celery stalk : 1 piece
  • cherry tomatoes : 0.5 kg
  • rye bread : 10 piece
  • spinach : 1 bunch (fresh)

  1. Boil eggs and chop them

  3. Now, let’s cook the sauce. Mix sour cream, grated parmesan, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  4. Mix eggs with celery and the sauce well. Cover with the kitchen film and place into the fridge for an hour to cool down a bit.

  5. Slice the bread into pieces.

  6. Cover one piece of bread with the egg salad and put the second piece of bread above. Then put a piece of spinach above the sandwich and decorate it with a cherry tomato. Fix with a toothpick! Bon appétit!
