Adding avocado to traditional deviled eggs provides a healthy dose of monounsaturated fats and increases vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, and potassium content.

Ingredients

  • large hard-boiled eggs: 4 piece (hard-boiled)
  • large avocado: 1 piece (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
  • keto-approved mayonnaise: 0.25 cup
  • lime juice: 1 tsp
  • feta cheese: 1 Tbsp
  • light olive oil: 2 tsp
  • salt: 0.125 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.25 tsp

  1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and place in a small bowl.

  2. Put remaining ingredients except pepper in bowl with egg yolks and mash with a fork until combined.
